Enzo Ferrari is not only Modenese, but world-class, of speed and engines, but not everyone knows that his passion was born very soon and that his youth was all covered by the word "racing". On February 20, 1898, Enzo Anselmo Ferrari was registered at the Registry of Modena, but the baby was born two days before, but the family could not leave home due to the great snowfall.
What fascinates Enzo Ferrari's figure is certainly his humble origins, just think that his father owned a workshop and was working with metal carpentry. He too had done himself, and over time he had taken up to 30 people in his workshop, unaware that his son would get even bigger results.
The first love of Enzo Ferrari for the engines took place very soon, ie in 1908 when he was 10 years old. That year he ran to Bologna circuit along Emilia Street, and his father along with Enzo's brother Alfredo led him to attend the race. Enzo was impressed by both Felice Nazzaro who won the race, but even more so by Vincenzo Lancia who made the fastest lap, founder of the homonymous car.
His life was trampled on in 1916 as a result of the death of his father and brother, then the following year that he enlisted in arms, and finally in 1918 when he tried to enter Fiat to crown his dream but did not come taken. So it is assumed by a small company in Turin, as a car-tester. The big turning point for Ferrari will however come in 1919 when he moved to Milan to work at the National Mechanical Buildings, he will pass from pilot test to debut in the race Parma - Poggio di Berceto. From that moment on, history became legend.
